Lock your windows and bolt your doors, for Halloween is just around the corner (to keep the trick-or-treaters from pilfering your candy, of course)! With UWG’s recent venture into Youtube, what better way to celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year than…wait for it…a live Youtube event! Live, now that’s spooky. (If you had seen all the software I had to configure to get this working, you’d be scared, too.)
What will I be sharing live with all of you, you ask? Well, I’ve decided to try my hand, er, wing at the first game in the immensely popular horror series for the PC, Five Nights at Freddy’s. In this terrifying game, you must survive five nights at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, where you watch the animatronic characters through the cameras in your office. These characters are left on at night to avoid the risk of locking up, but they also like to wander…
Interested? Good. The live stream will be held on October 30, from 9 PM to 10 PM, Eastern Standard Time. To find it, just head on over to our Youtube channel, United WeGame, and when the event draws near, you should see a video entitled “The Duck Plays: FNAF (LIVE)-Halloween Edition”. I plan to start streaming just a few minutes early to make sure everything’s all set, but make sure you’re there by the start time or else you might just miss my spooky opening. There will also be a live chat available for you to leave comments, so I’ll be able to check your feedback live. (If I survive that long, that is…)
This is UWG’s first big Youtube event, and we’d love for as many people to show up as possible. And if you’re not able to make it, the video will be available after the event, as well, so be sure to check it out then and comment, like, and subscribe! We need your help to make this a Halloween to remember! I look forward to sharing some scares with you!
A Very Brave Duck…?
Hahah! Maybe if I am awake!! Whew not sure how tired I’ll be after trick or treating!

I worried that people might be too busy getting goodies on Halloween, so that’s why I ended up scheduling it for the day before. If you’re not able to check it out live, the video will remain on Youtube even after the event has ended. That way, people can enjoy the spooky fun at their own leisure (possibly while snacking on Halloween candy).
I do hope I won’t be too frightened, though…. That game is pretty darn terrifying.

We’ll see what happens yeah? I’m always a pansy when it comes to scary anything. I will attempt to tune in. Haha!

The funny thing is I get pretty freaked out by scary things, too (when I watch “scary” movies for Halloween, they are usually from the 1950s…). I’m sure I will be squealing quite a bit. Maybe my decision to keep the lights off while I play may not be the best idea.

Over at United We Game, we’ve reached a point in our growing and fruitful video-making career to give live streaming a go! To celebrate all the spook-tacularness of October, this Friday, October 30th, from 9-10pm U. S. Eastern Standard Time, The Duck of Indeed is going to be live streaming on our YouTube channel a session of Five Nights at Freddy’s – one of the creepiest of creepy games of the past couple years. Will she survive the night among those mischievous animatronics? Tune in and subscribe (pretty please) to find out!
