YouTube Highlights: Weekly Edition #56

It is with a notch less than pomp and circumstance (because both at full strength would be too much) that we welcome you back for yet another round of YouTube Highlights! Oh yes, it’s that time of the week where we look back on what happened over on our YouTube channel over the course of the last seven days, and then we share here a sampling of that which was.

Certainly, if you’re intrigued by the snippets of gaming goodness here, then why not click on over and subscribe to our channel? Every thumbs up goes a long way in motivation and inspiration. If there’s something out there that you’d like to see us play, let us know! Easily interact with us on Twitter and Facebook; and if you’re feeling extra generous, check out our SpreadShirt shop!

As a quick reminder, we’re currently accepting questions in an “Ask Us Anything” format for our 5-year anniversary that we’re celebrating next month. See this post for all the details and to find our how you can submit your burning questions!

And now, scroll forth for the videos!

A Majora’s Mask double-shot

This week The Duck offered up a very special treat, two of them, in fact, both dedicated to The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. In the “Best Of” video, she edited together some of her favorite moments from her Let’s Play of this lovably odd entry into the Zelda series. And then she shared her beautiful piano rendition of the game’s “Song of Healing.”

Crash Bandicoot (N. Sane Trilogy)

It is with both joy and sadness that we bid adieu to Crash Bandicoot from the N. Sane Trilogy, which The Duck completed (alternate ending and all!) this week. If you missed out on any of the marvelous platforming action, you can check out the full playlist here.

But wait…there’s more…? After all the N. Sane Trilogy is a trilogy so, will we see more of Crash in the future? Stay tuned to our channel to find out!

Not Zangief

In fighting game news, this week our “Not Zangief” series featured Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 with the most random of random character picks. No, seriously, they’re pretty random. Thankfully all that randomness turned into whole lots of fun!

Thanks for watching, and join us next week for a new video wrap-up!
